We collect information that you provide directly to us across our platforms.
A. From Customers (App & Web Users)
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile picture when you sign up using Google Sign-In or manual registration.
- Delivery Information: Delivery addresses, precise or approximate location data, and specific delivery instructions.
- Order Information: Order history, food and grocery preferences, preferred payment methods, and transaction details.
- Communication Data: Messages, chat logs, or calls exchanged with restaurants, grocery partners, or delivery riders through our platform.
B. From Merchant Partners (CraveGo POS Users — Restaurants & Grocery Stores)
- Business Profile Data: Business name, physical address, contact details, store owner/administrator credentials, business licenses, and tax identification numbers.
- Inventory & Menu Data: Product listings, pricing, stock levels, and menu variations uploaded to the POS.
- Transaction & Sales History: In-store and online sales records, transaction amounts, payment methods used by your walk-in customers, and daily/monthly revenue metrics processed via the POS.
- Employee Data: Names, roles, PINs, and activity logs of store staff utilizing the CraveGo POS terminal.
C. Automatically Collected Data (All Users)
- Device Information: Device type, unique device identifiers (for POS terminals and mobile devices), operating system, IP address, and browser type for service optimization and security.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our ecosystem:
- Order Fulfillment: To process, track, and deliver food and grocery orders from merchants to customers.
- POS Functionality: To enable restaurants and grocery stores to manage in-store inventory, process on-premise sales, generate receipts, and view real-time sales analytics.
- Platform Integration: To sync POS inventory dynamically with the CraveGo customer app, ensuring real-time product availability for online shoppers.
- Communication: To send order updates, system alerts, marketing promotions, and critical technical or security notices.
- Financial Transactions: To facilitate secure payments, payouts to merchant partners, and delivery rider compensations.
- Security & Compliance: To detect fraud, prevent unauthorized access to POS terminals or user accounts, and maintain a secure fintech-compliant environment.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal or business information to third parties. We share data only to ensure smooth operations:
- Between Customers and Merchants: Customer names, contact numbers, and order/grocery lists are shared with merchants via the CraveGo POS to facilitate accurate order preparation.
- With Delivery Riders: Customer delivery addresses, names, and contact details are shared with riders to fulfill logistics.
- Payment Processors: Transaction data is securely transmitted to authorized third-party gateway providers to process digital payments.
- Service Providers: We share necessary data with infrastructure partners (e.g., Google Firebase, hosting providers) that support our backend operations.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required by Philippine law or legal processes to protect the safety, rights, or property of CraveGo, our users, or the public.
5. Data Security
We implement strict, industry-standard technical and organizational security measures:
- Data Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS).
- Access Controls: Restricted access to database systems and strict identity authentication (including Google Sign-In and role-based access control for POS users).
- Fintech Compliance: Access to the platform requires strict user login and verification protocols to ensure safety and financial transaction compliance.
- Regular Audits: Routine monitoring, vulnerability patches, and system assessments to mitigate data risks.
⚠️ Note: While we utilize enterprise-grade security protocols, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal and business data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to:
- Provide uninterrupted delivery and POS services.
- Comply with statutory accounting, tax, and legal obligations under Philippine law.
- Resolve disputes and enforce our mutual agreements.
Merchant partners and customers may request the permanent deletion of their accounts and associated historical data by contacting our support team.
7. Your Rights
In strict compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines, all users (Customers and Merchant Operators) possess the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request rectification of inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete business or personal data.
- Erasure/Blocking: Request the suspension, withdrawal, or deletion of your data from our servers.
- Object: Object to data processing, including processing for direct marketing.
- Data Portability: Obtain an electronic copy of your data for personal or professional use.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies, tokens, and local device storage to keep you logged into the application/POS, remember your preferences, and analyze system performance metrics. You can manage or disable cookie tracking via your device or browser settings, though doing so may limit certain app features.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not designed for or directed toward individuals under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will purge it from our systems immediately.

When updates occur, we will adjust the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and notify users via an app notification or a prominent alert on the CraveGo POS dashboard.
