What happens when you request deletion
Your request is reviewed by our team within 7 business days.
We delete or anonymize personal data such as your name, email, phone, and saved addresses.
Order and payment records required for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be retained in anonymized form.
E-money wallet balances must be withdrawn or settled before deletion can be completed.
This action cannot be undone once processing is complete.
Data Privacy Act (Philippines): You may also email support@cravego.ph to exercise your right to erasure under RA 10173.
