1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CraveGo! By accessing or using our food delivery platform, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

CraveGo is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local restaurants and delivery riders in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

To use CraveGo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if between 13-17 years old
• Have a valid Google account for sign-in purposes
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of CraveGo, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Using Our Service

When using CraveGo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information
• Be available to receive your order at the specified delivery location
• Treat restaurant partners, delivery riders, and CraveGo staff with respect
• Pay for all orders placed through your account
• Not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes

5. Orders and Payments

Placing Orders: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase food from a restaurant through our platform. The order is confirmed once accepted by the restaurant.

Pricing: Menu prices are set by restaurants and may differ from in-store prices. Delivery fees and service charges may apply.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• E-Money (CraveGo Wallet)
• Online payment methods as available

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before the restaurant begins preparation. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors including:

• Restaurant preparation time
• Distance to delivery location
• Traffic and weather conditions
• Order volume during peak hours

You agree to provide a safe and accessible delivery location. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply.

7. E-Money / Wallet

CraveGo may offer an E-Money or wallet feature for convenient payments:

• Wallet balance can be used to pay for orders
• Top-ups and cashouts are subject to verification
• E-Money balances are non-transferable except as permitted
• We reserve the right to suspend wallet features for security reasons

8. Restaurant Partners

Restaurants on CraveGo are independent businesses. CraveGo:

• Does not prepare or handle food
• Is not responsible for food quality, allergens, or preparation
• Acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurants

For food-related concerns, please contact the restaurant directly or reach out to our support team.

9. Delivery Riders

Delivery riders are independent contractors. They are responsible for safe and timely delivery of your orders. For delivery-related issues, please contact CraveGo support.

10. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds may be issued in cases of:

• Orders not delivered
• Significantly incorrect or missing items
• Food safety concerns
• Restaurant or system errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed at CraveGo's discretion after investigation.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse restaurants, riders, or other users
• Place fraudulent orders or provide false information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our platform
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on CraveGo, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by CraveGo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law:

• CraveGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question
• We are not responsible for actions of restaurants or riders

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CraveGo, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
• Change fees, charges, or pricing with reasonable notice
• Update these Terms at any time

Continued use of CraveGo after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harass others on the platform
• Fail to pay for orders

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
